How to sign up?

1. Go to FVS webpage here

2. Download and complete the PR-1.1 application form.

3. Wait to receive your registration number in your email - it could take several days

4. Report your registration number to Wolt using your Partner app

Important:

1. Be sure to fill the FVS Registration Form on behalf of yourself.

2. Please do not use the name “Wolt” in the application form.

3. Please use the declared address

4. You will receive your FVS registration number in your e-mail
