The complete application guide
The application stage: In this stage, you have sent your application and are waiting for it to be accepted so you can move to the next stage.
The document verification stage: In this stage, your documents need to be verified. You need to scan the relevant document according to the instructions in the app. This stage may take some time if you select the wrong nationality, scan the incorrect document, or the quality of the scans is bad.
The contract stage: Here you need to choose your contract type and fill out your details. These are details such as bank account number, social security number, and more depending on the contract you choose.
The validation stage: In this stage we are validating the details you filled out in your contract. This stage may also take a while if any of the details in the contract are incorrect, but it may also be that all new openings have been filled.
If that is the case, then you will be one of the first people to be accepted when more spots open up.
The ready stage: And you’re good to go! In this final step you only need to get your gear. Once you have your gear, you can start delivering whenever you want. Keep in mind that it may take a few business days for you to receive the gear once you have ordered it.
FAQ
How long do I need to wait?
It’s extremely hard to give a specific time or a date, as it may take from a few weeks to even multiple months. As a general rule, a city marked green typically indicates a shorter wait time than one marked red.
Why have I not received any answers?
Check your city’s onboarding status above! It may take some time to get invited to become a courier partner, but the onboarding status is the best indicator of how long it may take.
When do I get my gear?
You can order your gear when your agreement has been signed and accepted! It may take a few days for the gear to arrive. If you’re having trouble receiving or ordering the gear, feel free to contact Support in the Partner app.
Support is not answering my messages
While you are still in the application process, it might take some time to get answers as there are a lot of applicants who need help. But we will try and get to your message as soon as we can!
Document verification is not working
Please give it one more go and make sure to scan the documents. Take your selfie in good lighting and with high quality. You must select the nationality stated in your identity document even if it is different from the country you live in. Then submit the exact documents asked of you and nothing else.
It may take a lot longer if the instructions aren’t followed.
Can I change the city I applied for?
You can only change the city you applied for if you are still waiting for your application to be accepted. If your application has been accepted then it’s not possible to change your city unless you cancel it and create a new application for the city you wish to apply for. In this case we will get back to you again, once the applicants queue reaches you there
