We would like to clarify how waiting time in a restaurant or shop is compensated:

✅ If you pick up your order, you will receive €1.50 for every 15 minutes of waiting time.

❌ If you do not pick up your order, we will not be able to reimburse you for the wait.

Important points to remember:

1. Compensation is only added after the order has been collected and is dependent on the waiting time at/near the pick-up location.

2. Waiting time is calculated from the time of your arrival until the order is marked ready.

What happens if the restaurant marks the order as ready too early?

1. If you report that the pick-up location has indicated that your order is ready but it is not, we will check the situation and whether the map confirms that you have waited more than 15 minutes. If this is confirmed, we will add a refund.

2. In the rare case where the system shows +14 minutes but your screenshot shows +15 minutes (and the order was not actually ready), we will review the difference between the original pick-up time and the time of the restaurant at which the order was marked as ready, and add a refund if necessary.
